Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During festivals, sale periods, or for custom-made items, processing may take longer — we will note the expected dispatch time on the product page.

Domestic shipping (India)

  • Typical delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping cost: set at checkout. You can choose to offer flat rate, calculated rate, or free shipping over a threshold. 

  • Carriers: we use trusted carriers (India Post, Blue Dart, FedEx, or local courier partners). Carrier selection depends on the shipping address and parcel size. 

International shipping

  • Typical delivery time after dispatch: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Import duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout or shown before payment.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number and carrier details. You can track the shipment using the carrier’s tracking page.

Shipping addresses and accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional re-shipment charges may apply. 

Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact cc@craftcentres.com with your order number and photos of the damaged goods (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and help arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Shipment holds and delays
Unexpected carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections can affect delivery times. We will keep you informed and assist in tracking your order.
